CBS NEWS: One man is dead after a shooting outside a popular restaurant in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood.The incident apparently started around midnight inside the P.Y.T. bar and lounge at Germantown Avenue and Hancock Street, according to Philadelphia Police Captain Frank Palumbo. “From the information we’ve gathered so far, the defender and the victim along with some other people were inside the restaurant at some point, made their way outside, and that’s where the shooting occurred, somewhere outside the restaurant.” The victim, identified only as a 25-year-old from Upper Darby, was pronounced dead around 2:30 this morning.
