On a related note, we wanted to tell you about a pretty cool promotion AEG Live has come up with to promote the seven indie/alt-rock shows they are promoting at the Mann this summer, including: Passion Pit, Faith No More, Arcade Fire/ Spoon, Keane, Pavement, MGMT and Cake. They have commissioned our in-house illustrator Alex Fine to create posters for all seven shows that connect together to form a long horizontal strip of Alex Fine goodness. All of the posters depict the artists as Godzilla-sized giants stalking the skyline of the City of Brotherly Love. AEG will be printing up enough copies of each poster for every concert goer to take one home with them. Be the first kid on your block to collect all seven!
