KILLADELPHIA: The Softest Bullet Ever Shot An unidentified man died overnight, apparently after a bullet that entered his left arm traveled to his heart, police said. The bullet did not go through his arm into his chest, but rather somehow found its way to the man’s heart, police said. The man, believed to be in his mid-30s, was found outside around 2:30 a.m. at 16th Street and Erie Avenue in Hunting Park. A 12-year-old boy was shot to death last night in Camden while sitting in a car parked in the Branch Village Public Housing complex. The boy, who has not been identified, was shot multiple times shortly before midnight and died at the scene.
