INQUIRER: A 25-year-old man was shot to death in the city’s Logan section this morning, and shootings overnight left three people critically injured, police said. The man, described by neighbors as Anthony, was sitting in a chair on his porch in the 4400 block of North Chadwick Street when he was shot once in the head sometime before 6:53 a.m., when someone called 911 to report the body, police said.
