A coalition of community groups, has released the new report “Next Great City Philadelphia.” It calls on the next mayor who will be elected in November to upgrade the city’s decaying infrastructure, overhaul its zoning guidelines, and adopt more environmental thinking. We’ll talk with KAREN BLACK, author of the report, she is a principal in the urban planning firm May 8 Consulting, and from JOHN HANGER, CEO of Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future, one of the participating community groups.
